This photo’s shows you how our advanced thermal imaging cameras can spot a leak behind a wall without putting holes through the internal wall lining. This leak was caused by a waterproofing failure on the internal corner of the deck above which goes back over the top of the room. Without our thermal imaging leak detection cameras, this leak may have gone unseen and the home buyer would have got a rude shot soon after moving in
This photo shows a water leak sitting behind the wall under the corner of the window. This image was taken in a plaster monolithic cladding home on the North Shore, Auckland during a routine thermal imaging inspection. The window aluminium joinery had failed and caused major leaking into the wall.
